Can you confirm, You had entered the SheetName, SheetID & TabName, TabID of your sheet in settings?
And also this sheet is located in the same account you had authenticated?
Also add all the fieldnames exactly in sheet headers like
first-name, job-title, email
and then also add date – this will show submission date and time as per your site configuration.
Also make sure to name the fields in CF7 with hyphens and avoid using underscores,
Example job_title use with job-title in CF7 Form tabs and then use the same in sheet as well

Hello,
I have created a new form and sheet. I’ve already added the correct data to my sheet, but it’s still not fetching the data correctly. Could you please check this for me? It’s urgent, as my website is live, and my customers are filling out the form, but the data isn’t appearing in my Excel sheet.

Can you make sure you added the correct sheetname, sheetid and tabname tabid?
Also make sure sheet is in the same account you have authenticated with
Also add a date column and fill the form and check, alternatively create another sheet tab and connect the new tab with the form to check and also share the screenshot of integration tab and Google Sheet tab where you added sheet details to help you further
