    Dear Sir/MAdam,

    I have used torro form for conducting a survey on my WordPress. However a lot of data has not been recorded. Some people say that they have sent the data and there were no error messages but I cannot find it in the results. Otehr people report error message :

    However I cannot understand what to do in order to get al the results recorded into the survey.

    I am really sorry for that! We are investigating the same error of annother user at the moment.

    Do you have used more than one page?

    Dear Seven,

    thank you fro answering me.

    I had the survey made in two versions. Initially it had 5 pages and then the results only of either the last page or the last 2 pages were recorded. After finding this problem I remade the survay and put all the questions on one single page with 22 questions.

    Now I either receive all the answers or do not receive the answers. There are even some examplese when receive three similar inputs form users with the same answers.

    The quoted error was from the one-page version.

    I thought the problem may be coming from mobile devices, but people who have made the survey on laptop computers also report to me that they have sent their answers but I am not receiving them.
