Hello @jardry
Thanks for getting in touch,
Can you confirm that date is also not showing?
First, Please confirm that you allowed the permission of Google Sheet and Drive while authentication, You can confirm while clicking here,
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Make sure it must show the Drive and Sheets permissions under GSheetConnector, If not showing then Revoke access and again Authenticate with Google.
Secondly, Make sure you entered the exact same field names, like if you have used first-name as a field name then use the exact same, without space, no underscores to use while naming fields, and no caps, exact same!
Refer to this once
https://www.gsheetconnector.com/docs/cf7-gsheet-connector-free/how-to-connect-a-google-sheet-with-cf7-forms
https://youtu.be/E_dVAQHyBlw
Hope this helps!
Thanks

Hi Abdullah,
I can confirm that the date is not displaying either.
I have ticked to allow the following:
See information about your Google Drive files
See, edit, create and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets
Associate you with your personal info on Google
See your primary Google Account email address
The code has populated in Contact Form 7 – Google Sheet Integration and I have clicked save.
I have entered the exact same field names without any spaces, no underscores no caps, exactly as the field names in the Contact 7 Form.
I have entered the Google Sheet Name, Google Sheet ID, Google Sheet Tab Name and Google Tab ID exactly the same and when clicking the “Google Sheet Link” I can open the Google Sheet.
I’ve also viewed the youtube video and done exactly as explained in the video.
When I submit the Contact 7 Form, an email is prepared and sent to me.
As before, nothing populates in the Google Sheet.
It has me beat!!
@jardry
To check the plugin conflict issues or other errors details to debug,
Navigate to Integration Tab, and look at the debug view link, below Authentication,
Make sure, if it’s showing empty then you must have toenable the debug log from wp-config.php
If still showing empty then check the <u>debug.log</u> file under the <u>wp-content</u> directory
and then send me the error details to help you further
Thanks
Abdullah

@westerndeal
There was nothing to display when I clicked Debug Log “View”.
I then added the lines to enable a debug log to be created.
I then resubmitted from details that should have populated the Google Sheet. Once again, nothing populated.
I’ve sent the debug log to you via your website contact email address. Hopefully you’ll have received it.
I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot my issues.
Regards

Great support provided.
Resolved my issue. My fault.
Tweaked the Google Sheet ID to remove the “/” and all worked as expected.
