Hello, I have 501 data points (more to come) in my table, but only 500 show on my website. I have run a cache clearer, but still nothing. What am I missing?

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

I’m not sure that I understand. From what I can see, that table has 500 body data rows and one header row, for a total of 501.

Can you clarify what exactly is missing? And how did you create this table? Was the table import from somewhere?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

Yes, it was imported from a csv. But I have since added multiple data rows with no problems.

that’s true, the header is an extra. On the table, it says 502 (including header)

    Hi,

ok, that’s odd then. Can you please check if any of the rows has a red background color (which would indicate that it’s marked as “hidden”)?

If that’s also not the case, please get in touch via the yellow “Send us an email” button on https://tablepress.org/pricing/ and we’ll get this sorted.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

for everyone seeing this: After investigating this directly, we found that GoDaddy’s own caching was the cause for this.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

Thanks so much for the help. I continued the conversation with GoDaddy when it happened again. The solution was to deactivate and reactivate the table press plug in. So far so good.

    Thanks again!

    Hi @naomicraigauthor,

sorry, but that’s just a wrong suggestion by them. You will simply need to flush their cache as I described in my last email.

(Deactivating and activating the plugin (any plugin!) probably simply triggers this flushing as well…)

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
