Data not visible

I have a problem :
Once a month in the last visits report, I have a day that goes to 0 visits while in the database I have many visits

how to solve the problem?

I just put “define(‘MATOMO_SUPPORT_ASYNC_ARCHIVING’, false);”
in the config but it didn’t change anything.
