    Hello,
I’m configuring the product catalog for the first time in the manager. It is synced with the “Facebook for woocommerce” plugin. My question is about the area of data sources. Everything is fine with the connection as an App, but as a catalog feed it displays as “no information found” and when clicking, it asks for “product xml file link”.

    • Should I worry about this point?
    • If so, where can I find this product xml link?
    • Or does the plugin connect to this part and I don’t need to worry?

    Thanks,
    Adriana

  • Hey there, @adrianacrepaldi! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is designed to automatically sync your WooCommerce products with your Facebook catalog, so you generally don’t need to manually provide a product XML file link. However, if you see “no information found” under the catalog feed section, it might indicate that the sync hasn’t occurred correctly.

Please check the guide here to make sure the sync settings are all correct.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs and Facebook error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal and Facebook Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
