    It seems there is no connection to the database and a new installation does not generate tables on the database.

    Try confirming your database credentials with your hosts.

    That is not necessary; this is the only plugin that does not work. I own and host 46 websites for customers and it is the same on every single site. All other plugins work; but Counterize II. Even if I install it from scratch, this plugin does not set itself up on the database.
