Database and Settings not updating

Hi, I have just updated to WC Vendors Marketplace v2.0.10.
On updating I am continuously getting the message saying:
WC Vendors data update – Your database is being updated in the background. Taking a while? Click here to run it now.No matter how many times I click on it, the DB doesnt get refreshed. None of the settings and configurations from the previous version of the plugin have come through.
Could you please help resolve? Even if it is a manual solution? I am happy to update the settings/config manually from the previous version of the plugin – but just wondering if there are any other structural changes to the DB that will cause the integrity of my website to be compromised.
