Database Backup Location

    Hi,

    we have a very big issue with the activation of the “Database Backups”. We have changed the path of our website from /home/casantica to /home/lacasaantica. In the general setting we were able to change the path, with the correct: /home/lacasaantica/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/logs, but this option is not more available in the “Database Backups” settings.

    This is the error the system show us:
    The directory supplied in Backup Location cannot be used as a valid directory. The directory /home/casantica/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/backups could not be created due to an unknown error. This could be due to a permissions issue.

    Where we can find the option to change the path also for the Database Backup Location? Thanks.

    First you need to change the Backup Method setting to “Save Locally Only” or “Save Locally and Email” in order to be able to change the Backup Location.
