database charset error

    The black diamonds interrogation marks (replacement character)occurs before every * and _ in your answer_data column from wp_wp_pro_quiz_question array in mysql as follow: �*�_
    Also the fact that it is now necessary to specify string length is making the problem even more complicated because string length is different in the different types of charset.

    Solved:

    1. added in place of the replacement character giving *_

    2. made a formula in excel to count string length and differentiate special characters (æ, å, ø…)

    3. “sanitized” my data before exporting it by opening and saving my excel-created CSV in Notepad++ (it was not sufficient to save it in UTF-8 from excel.)

    4. Almost turned mad after two day trying to find this workaround. I’m quite convinced though, that there must be a simpler way….

    Again great plugin! I suggest you implement a way to upload “human readable and modifiable” files in addition to the .wpq files.
