Database clean up causing issues

    Hello I used a clean up plugin on my site. No it won’t connect. I get this error when trying to fix:

    wp_posts: Table ‘twistand_wp284.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist
    wp_options: Table ‘twistand_wp284.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
    wp_postmeta: Table ‘twistand_wp284.wp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist

    I have a backup from a plugin, but I have to login to WP to use it. Is there anything that can be done or do I need to just reinstalll WP then try to restore from backup?
