    The plugin does exactly what is it supposed to do. It has not, to this point, caused me any problems with the DB after doing cleaning and optimizing. I do backup my DB before using the plugin just in case as well as the fact the plugin developers also recommend doing so.

    I definately recommend getting the Pro version of this plugin as it gives you access to being able to determine what plugins go to what tables has been a wonderful part of the plugin.

    The plugin is styled clean with a great layout of the options.

    The other major factor in using this plugin has been the ability to see what is being loaded in the options table for WordPress. It gives you a clean look at what is being loaded and the ability to turn the options off, on, or automatic. It helps with the optimizing of the site load up.

    The newest version of the plugin works wonderful. It has a better layout of the plugin with the extra options it has for cleaning out the DB.
