Database data is lost in migration step 1

    Hi,

    In: /installer.php

    In wordpress 6.2, with the latest version of Duplicator, with php 7.4.33, when I try to import the site to the new hosting,

    After adding all correct database data (Server, database, user, pwd) and checking “I have read and accept all terms & notices” and submitting the “next” button, is showing an alert with the following information :

    RESPONSE ERROR! Unable to connect with the following parameters:
    HOST: “”
    DBUSER: “”
    DATABASE: NULL
    MESSAGE: Error: Access denied for user ”@’localhost’ (using password: NO)

    It’s like if the plugin is losing all the database information. Do you know what can be that or how I can fix it?

    Solved, was due a permission folder issue.

    The folder permission of the root directory have to be 775
