i have make a test with created a user, on db i have 1 user.
on the plugin -> No CUSTOMERS in database.

Yes, that’s correct. At the first activation, once you fill the required data of your business, we create a “customer #1” which is not a real customer (and so it does not show in the grid) but the internal contact to whom (eventually) send todo and appointments notifications that by default have to be associated with an existing customer
