Database Error when sharing blog post to Facebook

When my most recent blog post was published, the Facebook Share resulted in a “Database Error” on the Facebook post, instead of displaying the image associated with the blog.
The link still “works” in that it leads to the correct page, but in the post itself, it says “Database Error”.
Please advise how to fix this, thanks
