Database from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

    I’ve just started to switch my wordpress.com blog to ww.wp.xz.cn, and I contacted my host.
    They said that I need to give them the Database from the wordpress.com blog to them before I can set up the blog.
    Is there any other way? or how the heck do I do that?
