Database import – having troubles!

    Heya!

    I’ve successfully installed WordPress onto my own remote server, I now want to import the database from my previous blog (in short, replace what I have now with the WordPress one).

    The database is named ‘senseikatana’ with the blog entries in a sub-database (I think…!) called ‘blog’ – posts are entered under ‘blog_id ‘blog_date’ ‘blog_title’ ‘blog_body’ ‘blog_type’.

    Is there any way I can import these into WordPress?
