database increasing fast because full css for each post | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hey,

i am using newspack-theme with amp first and have a problem. for each new post, there is a new meta key “_amp_stylesheets” with the full css inside, with more than 250k characters for each blogpost. my database is nearly “exploding”, increasing really fast. is it possible to stop this?

We have filed an issue to address this in the plugin: https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/4779

The quick fix is you can just go in to the Validated URLs screen, select all of the posts, and click “Forget” from the bulk actions. Or rather you can do this in WP-CLI via wp amp validation reset.

okay, “forget” from the bulk actions helps temporarily to clean up my database. now i am waiting for a permanent solution. Thanks
