database is crashing

    Ive installed jetpack and its working great most of the time, but every 1 in 4 times i click on the “jetpack” page in the admin panel it takes a long time to respond. if i refresh the page i get this error

    Error reconnecting to the database
    This means that we lost contact with the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    after a few minutes the database comes back online and all returns to normal until the next time it crashes.
