    Hi,

This has been marked as solved, but it seems it hasn’t been resolved at all!

    Prev. post:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/database-performance/

There are almost a million of entries in the logs table, and the plugin is reporting 0 entries.

When I’m trying to Delete them manually I get the error “Failed remove!”.

Why is the “wp_defender_lockout” getting these many rows, and it seems it grows daily by thousands, when the Logs page is reporting 0 entries? And there doesn’t seem to be any option to remove these DB entries, even there is a schedule set to remove logs every week!

Please have your developers look into this asap!

    Hello @fvcmedia !

I’m sorry to hear that the issue is still not resolved!

The previous ticket is now closed as it’s been a long time since last reply. Normally you can reopen tickets within a certain amount of time, even if they were marked as resolved.

Would you be able to share screenshots of the table, the number of rows currently there and also logs in case there’s anything being recorded she you try to delete the entries from the plugin? If needed, please share through a cloud drive.

    Best regards,
    Pawel
