Database repair problem

    hi, i was getting a database error, when i repaired it it told me it couldnt repair these tables and i should paste the message in the forum, can anyone help me please?

    wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
    wp_postmeta: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly

    – do have good backup of your DB taken before the problem? Try restore your DB with that.

    – If not, ask your host if they a backup of your site from prior to the issue. If they do, ask them to restore your site with that.
