database.sql not found

    i am moving a lcoal dev site to a live site.
    when trying to load the package, gets “install unsuccessful njt-fastdup-installer/database.sql not found”
    tried multiple times to build and export package, inside the zip file, njt-fastdup does not contain the database.sql.

    Pleaes advise if i hv done sth wrong, or is this a bug?
