Database sync between live and staged site.

Hey there, I am developing a clients woocommerce website since past two months. The client already had one live and I was building from that template. Now the development is done and the site is ready. But as the other site was live there is new data in the database like users, orders and etc. I want to sync the new website db to the existing one. How do I do it? I am trying by individually replacing tables from the db, but it’s corrupting the site. How do I do it? please help me out.
