I have disabled the pop for mobile devices but it still shows up. Seems the problem is due to error in database values. Do let me know how to fix this.

Dear @aryanjauhari7,
Thank you for the topic.
I want to mention, that the plugin has its custom tables.
So, there is no need to make changes in this regard. The IDs of the popups are added via autoincrement.
Here are the tables of the plugin:
WordPress_prefix}_ays_pb
{WordPress_prefix}_ays_pb_categories
{WordPress_prefix}_ays_pb_settings
Please note, that we can’t guarantee the normal operation of the plugin in case you make changes in its tables.
As to your second question.
We don’t think the case is connected to this.
Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is located for further investigation of your case.
Also, please let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not.
If yes, please clear all the caches and make sure to exclude the cache on the page where the given popup is enabled.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.
Thank you.
