Database update error LearnPress

    Hello, I have the same problem: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/database-update-error-3/

    I have this website since 2017 I bought Eduma premium theme from ThemeForest.

    Actually I’m working with LearnPress 3.2.8.8, everything works fine, I have tried everything I know (disable all plugins, optimize database, increase memory limits, upgrade everything in server, etc.) but I always got the same error: t.find(…).closest(…).offset() is undefined

    This appears at try to upgrade from 3.2.8.8 to 4.0 or 4.2.0

    I have longer with this problem, could you please help me? If I need to renew support or something I will do it gladly!

    Because you use our premium Eduma theme so please create a topic on our support system, our developer team will check for you. This forum only support for LearnPress plugin not for the theme.
