Just upgraded to the most recent version. I backed up my redirection database and then tried updating the database. Progress bar gets “stuck” at 25% while “adding extra logging support”.

PHP 8.1 / MySql 5.6.51-cll-lve / WordPress 6.1.1

FWIW, I downgraded to PHP 7.4 as 8.1 has been buggy for me with plugin installs. Still under 7.4, I’m getting the same behavior with the database upgrade.
