    What version of Give are you running currently?

    Also, if you could provide your System Info here that would be helpful. You can find that in “Donations > Tools > System Info”.

    Hmmm… Also, can you let me know whether you’re on a PC or Mac, and what browser you were working with? Did you see a popup appear asking you to confirm the upgrade process? It’s possible your browser is blocking that confirmation popup in one way or another.

    Matt – that was it 🙂
    I was using Chrome on Win 10 and the popup did not appear. So I logged in on FF and the popup came up and it is now updated.

    Sound glad to hear @snifflevalve — can you tell me about the Chrome extensions you have? We’d like to understand a bit better why that happens for some people.

    Matt – these are the ones I have installed:

    – Soapbox screen recorder
    – iCloud bookmarks
    – Tape
    – Eye Dropper
    – Resize Window
