Database wp_sam_stats & Page selection & Widget hiding

This combination gives me a couple of troubles:

WordPress Version: 3.9.1
SAM Version: 2.2.80
SAM DB Version: 2.6
PHP Version: 5.4.30
MySQL Version: 5.1.73-log
Memory Limit: 256M

1. I get a error “Table ‘db1111111.wp_sam_stats’ doesn’t exist” – which is true, but was never created or needed bevor

2. In the Ad-View I can no longer select on witch page the ad should be displayed since the list of pages will no longer show to select my page

3. Using a Sidebar-Widget as a Location for ads: Befor the update of WP & SAM: If there is no ad: No Widget is shown. Now: No Ad: Widget shows Header and a little whitespace – breaking the layout.

I did switch Admin-Accounts…. but that cannot be the problem, right?
