    I just want to make sure I understand everything clearly.
    Does Decalog require the existence of Datadog Agent to be able to forward logs there? I cannot find this mentioned anywhere, but seems logical to me, I just want confirmation and elaboration of the process please.

    As for me, I’d like to be offered a few snatches of humanness, like “hello” or “thank you”… Just goes to show, we’re all left wanting more…

    The answer to your question is: DecaLog doesn’t need Datadog agent for events logs and metrics but, it needs it for traces.

    Sorry for the inconvenience @pierrelannoy, didn’t seem to me like a the suitable platform for such greetings. However, humans do mistakes, sorry for that.
