Datapicker Dynamic Text Extension

I’m trying to use datapicker and dynamic text extension for contact form 7.

I think that the right way is to use the shortcode in order to generate the correct html, but i’m not able to visualize the js popup that help me to choose dd/mm/yyyy, how can i do it?

I’ve to instantiate the datapicker class? help me thanks
