Datas doesn’t appear

I have installed this extension, first for free before upgrading to the paid version, but I can’t access the data collected.
I have added an example page, which has data that does not go up.
I’ve installed this extension, first in the free version and then in the paid version, but I can’t get access to the data collected. In the example, you have several fields, but when I fill in these fields I don’t have the data in my order summary.
Where does this bug come from? How to fix it, and where to find the data?

I see you are using our free version so I can help. I see the issue: our free version does not work with “ajax add to cart” technology which your website uses (this is mentioned in the plugin page here: https://i.snipboard.io/bofAdQ.jpg). Some themes have a setting to turn that off.
I have purchased the licence, but there is no place to enter this licence number and upgrade to the pro version. How do I do this? Can you answer me via your support? It’s really important, we have a commercial operation starting tomorrow and orders coming in.
