Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
DataTables “Custom Commands” are still fully supported. Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!
Regards,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
What support email can I send it to? Would prefer not to put it here.
Thanks,
Ruth
Hi,
please use the email at the bottom of https://tablepress.org/pricing/ for the URLs.
Best wishes,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
I just sent you an email with the web info.
Thanks,
Ruth
Hi,
thanks! I’ll take a look shortly!
Regards,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
Just checking in to see if you have had a chance to look at this.
Thanks,
Ruth
Hi Ruth,
yes, I had already replied to your email on Wednesday…
Did that email not reach you?
Regards,
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
I’m sorry – that was my fault – I thought you would respond here and wasn’t expecting email reply – Yes, I do see the email response. Let me look at what you wrote, and I’ll get back to you (here) if I have continued questions.
Also, I have become aware of what you have done with TablePress and what you say makes a lot of sense. I have to present and persuade the company of the worthiness of paying for premium on a yearly subscription. Also, not looking forward to having to go through all the tables we have and modify them if we do go Premium.
As always – I appreciate your help.
Ruth
Hi Ruth,
good to hear that the email arrived! And I should actually have posted here that I had replied… My bad.
And thanks for considering to choose the premium versions! If the company prefers Lifetime licenses (with a single payment) over a yearly subscription, these are also available in the checkout dialog on https://tablepress.org/pricing/
And no worries: You won’t have to touch any tables after upgrading to TablePress Pro! 🙂 The tables will of course still be there, they will just offer more features. There’s no direct need to make any changes after upgrading, so no extra work ahead here 🙂
Best wishes,
Tobias
