DataTables Warning – Invalid JSON response

    Hi there,

    if I go to “Post SMTP Email Logs”-page, this error message comes up. All the same in different browsers:

    DataTables warning: table id=ps-email-log – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1

    Other pages of the plugin are okay. But this way I cant have look into my logs.

    So, is there any solution for that? Latest version installed.

    Yes. version is Version: 2.5.9

    We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue; It seems like the theme, or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2023 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not?

    I thank you, Muhammad for your assistance. After changing the theme, that did not work, I updated WordPress.

    This solved my problem. I updated from 5.9.7 to WordPress 6.22. After the update I could access the logs.

    Also getting this error:

    DataTables warning: table id=ps-email-log – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1

    WordPress 6.1.3 running Regina Lite Child theme.

    It’s the latest version in the 6.1 branch.
