    Hi,
    Can we add a step for the customer t request Date and Time of pickup/ delivery of product or service?

    Hello,

    SBS itself doesn’t offer a scheduling mechanism.

    SBS allows you to use whatever product format WooComemrce allows for. So, if your product options or shipping options allow for requesting a Date and Time for pickup, then you should be able to do this. You might need another plugin to make this happen and there might be some additional configuration that needs to be done, but it should be possible to do something like that.
