Please share the link to a form page and an export of the form so that we can check further.

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.
Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

I checked and after pasting the form normally at the bottom of the page, the calendar works, but if I paste the form to pop ups and go down, the calendar disintegrates and is visible at the maximum distance of the page completely in a different place.
I use addon Hustle to pop ups

I could replicate the issue when tested. I’m afraid this seems more of a bug; I have escalated this further to our team’s attention for further investigation so that this can be fixed asap.

After our developers checked this issue it looks like this bug is in the Hustle plugin, not Forminator. So Forminator won’t be getting fix for it, but Hustle will.
