    On the Dashboard where it shows all the forms, there is a Date Created column. But it’s not showing the date the form was created but the date of the last submission instead. Is this intentional or a bug?

    Hello Chris,

    It looks like you’ve stumbled upon something a bit odd on the Dashboard. The “Date Created” column is supposed to show you when each form was first made, not the latest time someone filled it out. It sounds like a mix-up that we definitely need to take a closer look at.
