Date Disappears for Some Posts

In some of the posts on my blog – maxps3.com – dates are disappearing seemingly at random.
The actual post will say:
Posted on: @ 6:54 pm
This is my date code:
<?php _e(“Posted on:”); ?> <?php the_date(); ?> @ <?php the_time() ?>
Help please!
