    Good day Ninja Forms,

    I just want to let you know that the date picker field appears to be problematic on my side. Not sure if could be as a result of the theme or other plugins I’m using. But I have been forced to remove all date fields from my forms. Adding the date field causes the form to disappear from my page with the form title only visible. I can manage without this field, so it’s not a train smash, but other users might be experiencing this issue, you might want to look into it.

    Can you update your Ninja Forms plugin to the latest version (3.5.1) and let me know if you continue to have the same issues?
