I just check your screenshot and I can see it is the same format. could you please change “j, F Y - H.i” to “j, F Y” and check it out?

thanks for advice. But it does’nt work to switch the sidebar option to MEC Single sidebar. And also to switch from “j, F Y – H.i” to “j, F Y” doesnt help. If I activate only the element “MEC Single sidebar” at the widget menu (https://snipboard.io/HhiXoF.jpg) and also if I activate this sidebar element at my website backend (https://snipboard.io/qkYKHl.jpg) the MEC sidebar disappear at the frontend at http://fundkorb.com/ (https://snipboard.io/DWZJBo.jpg). What is the mistake? How can I adjust it?

I think you need to know about the date format on MEC, so, please see the list below.
All about the date and time (in separate):
- To change the style of the datepicker, please head over to MEC Settings > General Options > Datepicker Format: https://i.postimg.cc/y8Myzjj6/image.png (back-end)
- To change the “Time Format” in backend and FES Form, please head over to MEC Settings > Frontend Event Submission > Time Fomrat: https://i.postimg.cc/Fsqjjp2b/image.png(back-end)
- To change the date format (just date) on the front-end of your single event please head over to MEC Settings > Single Event > Single Event Page > Single Event Date Format: https://i.postimg.cc/0yMhftr9/image.png
- To change the time format (just time) on the front-end of your single event please head over to WordPress Settings > General Settings > Time Format: https://i.postimg.cc/W3W7xvfC/image.png you can see all changes on the front-end of the single event page: https://i.postimg.cc/VkKBJ1z6/image.png
Please do the same to adjust it.
Also about the MEC sidebar, please note, this is not for another sidebar you should use the “MEC Single Sidebar Items” on “MEC single Sidebar”: https://i.postimg.cc/YC08fjng/image.png

I dont want the Single Sidebar item, I want the fix the date format of the MEC Event calendar at my fronpage (URL: http://www.fundkorb.com), whre you can see the wrong date format. I want to adjust: j. F Y (25. Mai 2020) for the shortcode “Upcoming events” (list). How can I adjust that for these kind of sidebar?

Hello,
great that was the right advice. The hint to the shortcodes was it! I dont think, that this main (widget) element “upcoming events” would be a shortcode. Now it works and I’m happy. Thanks for support.
