Date formats

    I have a problem with the: “booking request has been approved email”, where the date format is in the form: Reservation dates 2017-11-06-2017-11-09

    All the other forms have something more agreeable: Reservation dates November 6, 2017-November 9, 2017.

    Thoughts on a fix – I have looked through the themes but presume the format is coming from the [details] short code: Your booking request for [calendartitle] [details] has been approved?
