Date not visible in admin panel

Hello,

we successfully created a costum field for date in the checkout page see screenshot:

We toggled display in order detail pages on see screenshot

But it’s not visible in the admin user settings only these fields are visible see screenshot:

Where can I see the date Users have set in the checkout page? It’s not visible under admin user settings as you see in the screenshot.
