    Hi,

    1. I have some “date” fields that I need on the form, and I do not find a way to add date picker or date field with dd/mm/yyyy format.Can you please provide me with a solution?

    2. There are some multi-row fields that I need the user to fill in a list. any suggestion how I set up such?

    3. After form submission – I get this: “Error: Please try again by clicking the back button on your browser.” please advice.

    Hi @jonathanviggo,

    1. We’re adding a date field to the next release. This should be available within the next few days 🙂

    2. This depends on how you would like that data displayed in your Zendesk admin dashboard. How many items in the list might there be?

    3. This is most likely related to a misconfigured Custom Field. If you create a form with no Custom Fields does it work correctly?
