date picker – disable specific dates

Hi,
I keep on looking further into this plugin, and it’s getting better and better, every time I experiment with other functions of it!
I now tested the date picker, which already has a lot of functionality in it!
I was wondering if there can be an option to disable specific dates?
I found that you can disable specific days (sunday, monday, …), but would it also be possible to disable specific days?
f.e. today, 11/01/2017, or a day in the future, like 14/02/2017?

and a probably stupid question, but where can I see which version of wordpress I use??
