Date Picker Issue

Hi,

When selecting the date using the form picker it selects a date in 2019 automatically. my code is as follows:

<p>Depart
[date date-975 id:Depart date-format:mm/dd/yyyy min-date:01/01/2013 max-date:12/31/2199 year-range:2013-2016 first-day:1 change-month change-year]</p>
