    Hi! I am with version 5.9.11.3 and recently I am no longer able to choose a specific date in the end date field.

    When I choose the date March 27 (start date) and I cannot choose April 2 as the end date and neither go back to previous months. Is it possible to fix this bug?

    Are you getting any javascript error in you browser error console? also, can I know what is your current WordPress version?

    We are also experiencing similar issues with the date picker when creating a new event. It has been reported that users cannot select a date or type in a date. I have been looking over all the reported issues with the date calendar and this one seems closer than others. We don’t update any of the settings from the default activation of the plugin, and bookings are not allowed due to LDAP issues, only select users have access to our sites.

    We have determined that it something to do with the settings within Internet Explorer (IE) and have advised our users to use a different browser. We are only experiencing the issue within IE since the recommendation to use a different browser, the issue has not been reported since.

    Events Manager plugin: Version 5.9.11.3
    WordPress Version: WordPress (Classic Editor) 5.6.2

    Hi! Sorry for the delay. To answer your questions, no I don’t see any errors in the web console and I am using the latest version of WordPress (5.7).

    I updated your plugin (5.9.11.4) and the problem still persists. When I choose a date (e.g .: April 2, 2021) and I want to choose another date (e.g .: April 10, 2021), I cannot because the active date selection starts on April 14, 2021 (therefore, I cannot choose April 10, because it is inactive).

    Also, I cannot return in the months preceding the chosen date. It’s a really annoying bug.

    I’m using Firefox and Chrome and in both browsers the problem is there.

    Hi Anik,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

    Chances are that this is related to recent WP updates and the migration to jQuery 3.5 causing conflicts with other plugins/theme that trickles down to preventing our datepicker from working.

    I’d suggest you test for conflicting plugins. Install WP Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away with Safe Mode enabled and only Events Manager active along with a default WP theme.

    Also, please post a link to a page with the datepicker (e.g. if you have a search page or submission form with the picker for us to see).

    @carleane your issue is probably also theme related. I would suggest opening a new thread though, and posting a link to your site if you have a public submission form.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the follow-up, I didn’t have time to look for the problem.

    I tried to do a test with the WP Safe Mode plugin and take the default theme with only Events Manager active. And the problem persists. However, I tried it on a local wordpress website and the date picker works fine.

    What bothers me is that the problem is found on all my websites I use … I don’t know what to do … where I can contact you privately to send you a connection to one of my sites to see the problem with your eyes?

    `Hello…It’s my again.

    I did some research about the “datepicker” bug and I finally solve the problem!

    The formatting of the date/time display was no longer standard.

    I modified and go back to an event to modify the dates… and everything came back as before! 🙂

    Hope this will be help others with the same problem.
