date-picking issue

    Hello,
    I am unable to pick any date in the frontend.
    When using [u-a-calendar] tag (abbreviation used for convenience reasons) the website is slowed down as if it were frozen. free time-slots only appear shortly and nowhere can be clicked.
    When using [u-a-dropdown] (see above) I can pick a date from the dropdown menu, but the booking-button seems to be inactive.
    I am using Firefox.
    I have been searching the wordpress plugin-page for suitable booking and appointment plugins but each and everyone has its issues. UAS seems quite promising! Please don’t let me down 😉

    Hi Thorsten,

    That doesn’t sound like any issue we’ve encountered so far. That being said, we did just release an update that corrected a few issues and with a couple new additions. Could you please upgrade to the new version (0.28) and let us know if you are still encountering these issues? If so, could you please provide us with a link to your site, so we can see what’s going on?

    I just updated the plugin, unfortunately without any improvement.

    The dropdown version is active. As for the calendar version: it still slows down the page and produces a warning.

    Hi Thorsten,

    Thank you for the link. I was just trying to test it out and I did not see any appointment times for any date, for either of the services. Did you correctly set up the location and provider correctly open/working time so that they match? If so, which date and service should I pick to get some appointment times?

    The booking button seems to work as, when I click it, it displays the message telling me to select an appointment time. It’s just that there are no appointment times to select.

    I’m having this issue as well and I can’t seem to figure it out. I can pick a date on the frontend, not none of the times are showing up. All of my appointment times within the services and providers are both the same..please advise. Here’s my link. https://www.lordfletchers.com/reserve-a-hockey-rink/

    Same issue.

    the page with [ultimate-appointment-dropdown] is working.

    but, the page with [ultimate-appointment-calendar] does not work.

    Mac safari.

    Location, service are blank.

    @emilygarbrecht Was it the same issue as alexlii for you? Was the dropdown working, but not the calendar style?

    @alexlii We’ve tried in Safari and it works fine. Would you be able to provide a link to your calendar page, so we can have a look? It might be a JS or other type of conflict that, for some reason, is only manifesting in Safari.

    I am having the same problem. I cannot select a time. I have everything set up correctly but I still cannot select a time. It says NO APPOINTMENTS FOUND. Here is my website
    http://first-lube.com/schedule/. I have the timezones correct, I have the latest updated version…what is the issues and how can i resolve this ASAP?
