date selection placement incorrect

    Hi,

    I really like the CalDAV plugin and imho there’s a lot of potential for it.
    I’ve created a Dutch translation for it.
    However, when I deploy the plugin, the date selector placement is incorrect, at the very bottom and only partially visible.

    I als like to suggest a few enhancements.
    – Create an option to reserve time after a calf for administration purposes
    – provide the option to remove a specific date from the selector.

    i added the option to block appointments for some for admin purposes in version 1.1.5
    specific dates can be removed by simply blocking the day in the calendar, the tool is syncing to,

    about the layout shift. its slightly to small embedded on the page. if we go even smaller it will be mobile view and look fine, and a bit larger it will work. i tried to optimize that.
    i optimized the layout in side the container, hope it works for you now.
