Date Stamp and Date Submitted Different

    Having errors with Date Submitted and Date Stamp.

    I am using the Date Stamp as a hidden field to have a date field on my google sheet. However the date has been unreliable. As seen here (https://www.screencast.com/t/1ls8Ww9Ep and here: https://www.screencast.com/t/SjfG2vw3S), the date stamp does not match the date submitted. Looking for a fix or a way to pass through the “Date Submitted” field into my Google Sheet with my records.

    Hi @simplifydesign,

    I tested this on my end with multiple colleagues that are spread across the world but all the timestamps were correct for me:

    I’m thinking that this could somehow be related to time zones.

    Can you tell me which time zone do you use on your site?
    Also, if you know in which time zone was the person that submitted one of the forms that shows wrong date?

    Thanks for testing. I too thought it was timezone related. However, it continues to be an issue even with timezone set. The people filling this out are in the same timezone as the time zone on the site (except for maybe the odd one or two, but the behaviour in the back end is not sporadic, its a block of entries).

    I am wondering if it could be related to caching? or maybe something else?

    Hi @simplifydesign,

    Thanks for providing this info.

    Could you confirm the timezone the site is set and that the users(mentioned in the same one) are actually located in? This way, we can try to replicate the issue on our demo sites using the same timezone.

    Also, try clearing any caching you may have on site or via server as well.
