Date / Time field issue

Hi,

In my contact form the ‘Date / Time’ field is correctly working (I can select a date) but when I go to another page in the website (by clicking a menu item) and I return to the contact form the ‘Date / Time’ field becomes a normal text field. The date picker doesn’t work anymore.

When I reload the contact form page by F5, the ‘Date / Time’ field is correctly working again.

What can be the problem?
