• Hello, I found out that there is a problem with time zone when exporting records, payment date is correct bur order date isn’t, our website time zone is set to Japan +9 GMT and I think it is unnecessarily added to the original time zone, please check the screenshot, thanks.

    Hello @aqspring,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We understand that the order date and time in your export file appear different from what is shown on the WooCommerce order edit page, and that the website timezone (GMT+9) seems to be applied additionally.

Our plugin exports the order date and time exactly as displayed on the WooCommerce order edit page, which uses the site’s configured timezone. When you mention the “original timezone,” could you please clarify what you are referring to? This will help us better understand the discrepancy.

At the moment, we were unable to reproduce this issue with order export on our end. However, while reviewing your report, we did identify a separate issue related to order import date and time, which will be addressed in an upcoming patch.

To help us investigate this further, could you please share your Site Health information? You can find it under Tools > Site Health > Info, and share the details with us via this link so we can better understand your system environment.

I have sent you site health info. For the mentioned “original timezone” I mean, if you look at the screenshot you can see that customer made an order at 16:30, but on the export the time is 1:30, so it looks like 9 hours is added. My guess is the order date time is 16:30 included 9 hours timezone shift, but at the export, plugin threats this hour as a “base hour” and adds timezone again, so we end up with 1:30 at the next day. Basically, I want both date time (marked with red line on the screenshot) to be the same.

    Hello @aqspring,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the Site Health information.

We were able to reproduce the issue you described on our end. Based on our investigation so far, the export date/time discrepancy appears to be related to sites where High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) is not enabled.

We are currently working on a fix and plan to include it in an upcoming patch release.

We’ll update this thread as soon as the patch is available.
